Announcement of the First International Lecture

We are honored to announce that the first international lecture of the pre-con events of the international conference on Theology of Pilgrimage will be held online on October 16, 2023, from 16 to 17:15 GMT. At this session, we host Dr. Elizabeth Tingle, Professor of History at De Montfort University. She has published some prominent works in the field of theology like Sacred Journeys: Long Distance Pilgrimage in North-Western Europe in the Counter Reformation (Medieval Institute Press/De Gruyter, 2020).
The title of her lecture is “Long-Distance Catholic Pilgrimage in North-West Europe in the 16th and 17th Centuries” and those who are interested can participate in this academic event via the following link:
